Lifetime Achievement Award

Cecilia Gentili
Cecilia Gentili

Cecilia Gentili was a pioneering Trans activist and unwavering champion for sex worker rights. Having previously worked in the industry, Cecilia devoted herself to combating the stigma and discrimination surrounding sex work, tirelessly working to secure access to safety, healthcare, and fair treatment.

She was an artist, author, steadfast activist, a skilled lobbyist, and a mentor. Throughout her life, she fought tirelessly for the communities she loved, actively challenging unjust policies and working toward providing a safer future for both sex workers and Trans people in America. Cecilia will be awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award posthumously, as she passed away on February 6, 2024, leaving the nation mourning the loss of one of the Trans community's fiercest champions. We celebrate her unwavering commitment to championing the rights of sex workers and marginalized communities. She leaves behind a legacy of empowerment and advocacy.

In Cecilia's honor, Pornhub will be donating to her namesake program, Cecilia’s Occupational Inclusion Network (COIN), housed at the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center. COIN provides free affirming healthcare to sex workers.
